PET POLICY
Pets Allowed: No large dogs over 50 lbs or aggressive breeds (Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chows, German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, etc). . $250 one-time pet fee (per pet), $25 monthly charge (per pet), with a maximum of 2 pets allowed.
– Pet Limits:
– Maximum of 1 pet allowed (1-2 bedrooms)
– Pet Registration & Vaccination Required:
– All pets must be properly registered and vaccinated- records must be submitted during application process/failure may delay application or cause pet not to be approved.
Cats must be spayed or neutered and fully litter-trained.
– Ongoing requirements: Registration and vaccination records must be kept up to date during the lease term, including at renewals.
Pet Screening:
– Pet type, name, age, and size must be disclosed upon application.
– Tenants must provide pet bite insurance if required by the property management.
– Size restrictions: 50 lb weight limit for adult dogs average adult breed weight will be used for dogs under 6 months of age
