Accessibility at AvailMax

Last Updated: June 13, 2026

AvailMax Inc. (“AvailMax,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to making our real estate platform accessible, usable, and inclusive for people with disabilities and for users who rely on assistive technologies, keyboard navigation, captions, accessible documents, readable layouts, and alternative ways to access information.

This Accessibility Statement explains our accessibility approach, the standards we use as references, how users can request support, and how we handle accessibility issues involving our website, listings, account tools, communications, documents, and third-party services.

1. Our Commitment

AvailMax works to provide a platform that can be accessed and used by a broad range of users, including people with visual, hearing, mobility, cognitive, speech, and neurological disabilities. We aim to support practical access to property search, listing review, saved searches, contact forms, account features, professional profiles, marketplace content, and customer support.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review our platform, user feedback, technology changes, content workflows, and service providers to identify barriers and improve the experience over time.

2. Accessibility Standards

AvailMax uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as an important technical reference for improving digital accessibility. Our goal is to work toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA principles where reasonably feasible for AvailMax-controlled website content and user interface components.

Because our platform includes third-party data, user-submitted content, maps, embedded tools, MLS or IDX feeds, documents, images, videos, and vendor systems, some content or features may not always meet the same accessibility level at all times. When we identify an issue, we evaluate practical ways to improve access or provide assistance.

3. Accessibility Features

AvailMax is designed or being improved with accessibility considerations such as:

  • keyboard-friendly navigation for major site areas and forms;
  • clear page structure, headings, labels, and semantic HTML where practical;
  • responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices;
  • readable text, spacing, and contrast choices;
  • descriptive link text and form guidance where appropriate;
  • alternative text or labels for meaningful images, icons, and interface controls where available;
  • support for common screen readers, browser zoom, and assistive technology workflows;
  • ongoing review of major templates, account flows, listing pages, forms, and communication pages.

Some improvements may be phased in as parts of the platform are redesigned, integrated with service providers, or updated for new features.

4. Real Estate Content and Tools

AvailMax may display property listings, photos, videos, maps, public-record references, MLS or IDX information, valuation tools, professional profiles, reviews, documents, and lead forms. Accessibility needs may vary depending on the type of content and the source of that content.

We encourage users, professionals, agents, agencies, brokers, property managers, advertisers, and vendors who submit content to provide accurate text, meaningful descriptions, readable documents, captions or transcripts where available, and content that can be used by people relying on assistive technologies.

5. Third-Party Content and Limitations

Some parts of AvailMax may rely on third-party tools or content, including maps, embedded media, analytics, payment providers, identity or verification tools, MLS or IDX feeds, advertising tools, scheduling tools, chat or communication tools, document services, and vendor-hosted pages.

We do not fully control every third-party tool or user-submitted item. If a third-party component creates an accessibility barrier, we may work with the provider, offer available alternatives, route the issue to support, or consider other practical changes where feasible.

6. Documents, Forms, and Communications

Some workflows may involve PDFs, images, contracts, listing attachments, disclosure documents, invoices, email templates, forms, or files uploaded by users or third parties. We work to improve the accessibility of AvailMax-controlled documents and communications where practical.

If you cannot access a document, form, listing attachment, message, or account workflow, contact us and describe the issue. We may provide assistance, an alternative format, additional explanation, or another reasonable way to access the information when available.

7. Feedback and Assistance

We welcome accessibility feedback. If you experience difficulty using AvailMax, need help accessing content, or want to report an accessibility barrier, please contact us using the channels below.

If an accessibility issue prevents you from completing an important task, tell us what you were trying to do so we can evaluate available support options.

8. What to Include in a Request

To help us investigate an accessibility issue, please include as much of the following information as you can:

  • the page URL, listing URL, account area, form, document, or feature involved;
  • a short description of the barrier or task you could not complete;
  • the device, browser, operating system, and assistive technology used, if applicable;
  • steps to reproduce the issue, screenshots, screen recordings, or error messages, if available;
  • the format or type of assistance you are requesting;
  • your preferred contact method for follow-up.

Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is needed to understand or resolve the request. Information submitted to us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. How We Review Requests

When we receive an accessibility report or request, we may review the issue, reproduce the problem, contact the user for more information, route the issue to an internal team or service provider, prioritize a fix, provide available assistance, or document the request for future improvements.

Response times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue, whether a third-party provider is involved, the amount of information provided, and the urgency of the affected workflow.

10. Ongoing Improvements

AvailMax may update this Accessibility Statement as our platform, user workflows, third-party integrations, content sources, accessibility practices, or technical standards evolve. When we update this page, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above.

We may use a combination of design review, automated tools, manual checks, user feedback, vendor coordination, and phased product updates to improve accessibility. Automated tools are helpful, but they do not replace user feedback or manual review.
